Drinking Water Necessary for Health

Want a Healthy Heart? Drink Water
Still not drinking the recommended eight glasses of water a day? Here's one more healthy reason to start. Staying hydrated may protect your heart and reduce the risk of heart attack. A new study shows people who drank more than five glasses of water each day were less likely to die from a heart attack than those who drank fewer than two glasses a day. Researchers at Loma Linda University in California studied more than 20,000 healthy men and women aged 38 to 100 for six years. They found women who drank more than five glasses of water a day were 41% less likely to die from a heart attack during the study period than those who drank less than two glasses. The protective effect of water was even greater in men. Men who drank more water had a 54% lower risk of a fatal heart attack. But not all liquids were equal. When researchers included the consumption of other liquids such as coffee, tea, juice, milk, and alcohol, the risk of heart attack increased. Women who drank large amounts of liquids other than water were more than twice as likely to die of a heart attack, and non-water drinking men had a 46% increase in risk. Researchers say when people drink water it is absorbed quickly and easily into the bloodstream and thins the blood -- helping to prevent artery-clogging clots. But other liquids require digestion, which may require fluids to move from the blood into the gut -- creating a blood-thickening effect.

bare Foot

Have you ever been really tired at the end of a long day and then feeling better when removing your shoes? Shoes trap energy around the feet and that could be one of the reasons for feeling tired. So take your shoes off whenever you can and give your feet as much air as possible. Barefoot walks help tone the muscles of your feet, keeping them young and strong. An early morning barefoot walk on cool, dewy grass is refreshing and invigorating for the entire system, not just your feet. It is also believed to have a very good effect on improving eyesight. Do walk barefoot as much as possible to help the bone structure of your feet function according to its natural shape.

Color of EYE

  • Keep deeper colors on the lid.
  • Use lighter colors on the brow bone.
  • For a casual but polished look, sweep one shade from lashes to brow bone.
  • Use cream shadows sparingly -- the colors tend to be very vivid.
  • Eye gloss is the newest trend. It adds a sheer shine to lids, but don't try it unless you know you can carry it off -- it can look greasy and inappropriate.
  • Apply powder eyeliners wet for more intense color.
  • White, pink and yellow eyeliner pencils tend to make the eye look open and brighter. Blue counteracts redness, and black will give you a sultry look.
  • In order to make eyeliner easy to apply, manufacturers sometimes make it so creamy it doesn't stay put. You can use a matching eye shadow or powder liner to set our eyeliner.

Treatmetn oily Hair

If you have this problem, wash your hair daily with a mild shampoo that does not contain conditioners -- often labeled "clarifying"; these will leave the least amount of residue. Then use a light crème rinse or conditioner only on the ends of your hair, if needed, and be sure to rinse thoroughly. Avoid all products containing silicone , oils or lanolin, as well as two-in-one products. During the day, a quick combing can help redistribute oils and reduce that stringy appearance. Or, for a more serious case, sprint a little water on your hair and blow-dry it using a comb to remove and redistribute oils -- the heat of the dryer will make the oils more liquid and easier to manipulate

Bring Dry Hair To Healthy Hair

Dry or brittle hair can be closely related to the same problem as with dry skin, and that's essential fatty acids. With today's low-fat diet mind-set the problem is common. High carbohydrate content can make it worse, because protein is necessary for hair growth. First of all, avoid unnatural fats, such as margarine (plastic butter), and any hydrogenated fats ("partially" counts, too). Heated fats and deep-frying should also be avoided. (Saturated fats in moderation don't contribute to the problem.) Consider taking fresh flax oil: a tablespoon or so daily on salads or in a health drink. Or you can take combinations of fish oils (EPA/DHA) with primrose, borage or black currant seed oil. High-sulfur proteins, such as eggs (yolk included), and digestive enzymes are also recommended to ensure that the body is breaking them down adequately. .As for conditioners, there is a long tradition in Pacific cultures of using jojoba oil as a conditioner. Conditioners containing jojoba oil or the oil itself could be used. You're right to avoid harsh chemicals on the scalp and hot hair dryers. Hand drying is also good for scalp stimulation, which increases blood flow to the scalp.
