Dry Skin

If you wish to use soap, you can try a mild glycerin soap and see if it suits your skin..!. You should keep your skin well moisturized during the day, or if you are going out in the sun, apply a sunscreen…. At night, use a nourishing cream, massaging it on the skin for two to three minutes. Massage the forehead too.., starting from the bridge of the nose and using both hands.,,! Go upwards and then in an arc on either side, go towards the temples…!

Wipe off with moist cotton wool. Once daily, mix one teaspoon honey with egg white and apply on the skin, washing off with plain water after 20-Minutes.

Tips of Lose Weight (Thin Waist )

Join a gym or health club and lose weight under professional guidance. Or, practice yoga daily. You can also do the following exercises after seeking your doctor’s advice. First, lie on the floor on your back, feet together and arms at the sides. Lift your legs about six inches above the ground and hold this position for a count of ten. Then lower your legs to the floor. Repeat this exercise 3 to 4 times and increase gradually. Then, keep lying on the floor…, the same way. Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the floor. Raise your body to a half-sitting position, holding your arms stretched out before you…. Lower your body to the floor and repeat 3 or 4 times. Take a look at your eating habits. Avoid eating desserts after meals and stick to fresh fruits. Take clear soups (without butter) and salads before the main dish. Avoid rich gravies…. Cut down on your intake of cereals. For example, if you have been eating three chapattis, eat only two. Or, eat only one cup of cooked rice. Eat fresh fruits, salads, sprouts, curd and paneer made from skimmed milk and lightly cooked vegetables. If you feel like a snack, eat fruit, carrot or cucumber

Exercises-Open your mouth as wide as you can. Hold this position for about Ten-Seconds, then relaxes your mouth, and repeat the exercise a few more times. For good results…, add resistance by placing a tennis-ball underneath your chin…, while testing your jaw span. Sleeping without a pillow is said to help. Also, you can massage the area daily with a cream. Start from the chin and go down wards using both hands, one hand following the other...

Use tips for lifeless Hair:

once a week heat pure coconut-Oil and apply it on the scalp and hair. Then dip a towel in hot water, squeeze out the water and wrap the towel around your head like a turban. Keep it on for five minutes. Repeat the hot towel wrap three or four times. This helps the hair and the scalp absorb the oil better. Use a mild herbal shampoo. After each shampoo, apply a conditioner, massaging it lightly into the hair. Leave it on for two minutes before washing it off with water. You can have henna treatment thrice a month, adding four teaspoons each of lemon juice and coffee, two raw eggs, two teaspoons of oil and enough curd to the henna Powder. It will make your hair look healthy and lustrous.

Dandruff:

Twice a week, heat pure Coconut-Oil and apply it on the scalp at night, using cotton wool. Leave it on overnight. Next morning, apply the juice of a lemon on the scalp and wash your hair after half an hour. Apply henna (mehndi)once a week.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late
and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring , and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible
reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking
oils like olive oil.
Do not consume fried foods when you are tired,
except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done)
Foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'
Because :

Evening at 9 - 11
PM : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes).
This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health. Evening at 11pm - 1 am :
is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 1 - 3 am :
detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3 - 5 am :
detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am :
detoxification in the colon,
you should empty your bowel.Morning 7 - 9 am :
absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you
should be having breakfast at this time.
Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30 am , for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30 am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits,
and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10 am rather than no meal at all..
Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to
4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

DO TAKE CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.................
AND PASS THIS TO ALL WHOM YOU LOVE & CARE FOR

Drinking Water Necessary for Health

Want a Healthy Heart? Drink Water
Still not drinking the recommended eight glasses of water a day? Here's one more healthy reason to start. Staying hydrated may protect your heart and reduce the risk of heart attack. A new study shows people who drank more than five glasses of water each day were less likely to die from a heart attack than those who drank fewer than two glasses a day. Researchers at Loma Linda University in California studied more than 20,000 healthy men and women aged 38 to 100 for six years. They found women who drank more than five glasses of water a day were 41% less likely to die from a heart attack during the study period than those who drank less than two glasses. The protective effect of water was even greater in men. Men who drank more water had a 54% lower risk of a fatal heart attack. But not all liquids were equal. When researchers included the consumption of other liquids such as coffee, tea, juice, milk, and alcohol, the risk of heart attack increased. Women who drank large amounts of liquids other than water were more than twice as likely to die of a heart attack, and non-water drinking men had a 46% increase in risk. Researchers say when people drink water it is absorbed quickly and easily into the bloodstream and thins the blood -- helping to prevent artery-clogging clots. But other liquids require digestion, which may require fluids to move from the blood into the gut -- creating a blood-thickening effect.

bare Foot

Have you ever been really tired at the end of a long day and then feeling better when removing your shoes? Shoes trap energy around the feet and that could be one of the reasons for feeling tired. So take your shoes off whenever you can and give your feet as much air as possible. Barefoot walks help tone the muscles of your feet, keeping them young and strong. An early morning barefoot walk on cool, dewy grass is refreshing and invigorating for the entire system, not just your feet. It is also believed to have a very good effect on improving eyesight. Do walk barefoot as much as possible to help the bone structure of your feet function according to its natural shape.

Color of EYE

  • Keep deeper colors on the lid.
  • Use lighter colors on the brow bone.
  • For a casual but polished look, sweep one shade from lashes to brow bone.
  • Use cream shadows sparingly -- the colors tend to be very vivid.
  • Eye gloss is the newest trend. It adds a sheer shine to lids, but don't try it unless you know you can carry it off -- it can look greasy and inappropriate.
  • Apply powder eyeliners wet for more intense color.
  • White, pink and yellow eyeliner pencils tend to make the eye look open and brighter. Blue counteracts redness, and black will give you a sultry look.
  • In order to make eyeliner easy to apply, manufacturers sometimes make it so creamy it doesn't stay put. You can use a matching eye shadow or powder liner to set our eyeliner.

Bring Dry Hair To Healthy Hair

Dry or brittle hair can be closely related to the same problem as with dry skin, and that's essential fatty acids. With today's low-fat diet mind-set the problem is common. High carbohydrate content can make it worse, because protein is necessary for hair growth. First of all, avoid unnatural fats, such as margarine (plastic butter), and any hydrogenated fats ("partially" counts, too). Heated fats and deep-frying should also be avoided. (Saturated fats in moderation don't contribute to the problem.) Consider taking fresh flax oil: a tablespoon or so daily on salads or in a health drink. Or you can take combinations of fish oils (EPA/DHA) with primrose, borage or black currant seed oil. High-sulfur proteins, such as eggs (yolk included), and digestive enzymes are also recommended to ensure that the body is breaking them down adequately. .As for conditioners, there is a long tradition in Pacific cultures of using jojoba oil as a conditioner. Conditioners containing jojoba oil or the oil itself could be used. You're right to avoid harsh chemicals on the scalp and hot hair dryers. Hand drying is also good for scalp stimulation, which increases blood flow to the scalp.

Dry LIps

No matter if lips are exposed to the drying heat of summer or the bitter cold of winter, oftentimes the delicate skin on the lips is the first to feel damage. With a little help from nature, chapped lips don’t have to hang around as long as the storm or heat wave does. Try one of these easy treatments for dry, cracked, and sore lips.

Honey

Honey is an excellent choice as a treatment for a bad case of chapped and cracked lips because it is moisturizing and healing. Honey is safe to use on small cuts, and it is antibacterial so it will also keep lips from getting infected. Use honey on lips before going to bed at night, or apply throughout the day. A half hour treatment should help smooth and heal chapped lips, and it can be done several times a day for severe cases.

Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil is a good moisturizer for a case of dry lips, and can usually be found in just about any kitchen. For natural product choices out on the market, aim for a blend of olive oil and beeswax for a smooth consistency and thick coverage, especially helpful in the blistering cold.

Aloe Vera

If the lips are chapped or over-dry from exposure to the sun, aloe vera might be a good choice for soothing and cooling the burn. Use the gel directly from a piece of aloe plant, or find a gel that is pure aloe vera for your lips. After using the gel from the inside of the plant, it can be broken open and the clear and wet inside flesh can be rubbed directly on the lips. Put it in the fridge to help refresh the piece until there is no more moisture.

Drink more Water

Chapped lips are often a sign that there is not enough water in the body to keep the skin hydrated. If chapped lips seem to be a recurring theme, try increasing your water consumption.

Shea Butter

Shea butter is extremely moisturizing and nourishing to the skin, and it is said to mimic the skin’s natural oils. If commercial products and other oils do not work for you, mild shea butter might. Shea butter is also a good choice for sensitive skin, which is what makes it a popular choice for baby lotions and other baby products.
